Calculating Days based on text criteria

I have a feeling that this should be dead simple, but I'm new to power pivot and DAX formulas

Working with power pivot, I have created a calculated column [Service Days] in a service history data table to calculate the number of days between the date a service was provided and Today.

There are two categories of service in a column [Service Type] - High Touch and Low Touch.

In the pivot table, I'm trying to figure out how to have a column showing the days since last service interaction for each customer (i.e. set the value field to return Min), but only for High Touch. Any suggestions please?

Thanks but unfortunately I can't make a sample file, since I use Office for Mac, which doesn't have Power Pivot. I'm running into the situation at work, where it isn't possible to export files or access this site.
