how plot a line chart to have the sum of sales as the time progress

Dear expert, I want to plot a chart line, where in q1, it should show cost is 10, but q2 cost is sum of q1 and q2. the line should progress by make sum of all the cost incurred till date. same for income. Please suggest on how I can plot this.

Are you calculating the running totals anywhere in the spreadsheet? If so, simply use those columns for the chart. If not, then you need to know that the chart cannot calculate running totals (or much of anything, really). Add a pair of columns that calculate the running totals, then use those columns for the chart.
