Instead of Grand Total I want Difference in every row, in pivot.

Hi,

In my pivot I want to get difference not grand total.
I am comparing year 2020 to 2021.

In cell L6 (see attachment) my expected value is 129,84 which is difference from J6 and K6.

Row Labels 2020 2021 Grand Total
Staff 10 660,44 530,60 1.191,04 (exp. value -> year 2020-year 2021 = 129,84)
Staff 11 692,60 591,00 1.283,60 (exp. value -> year 2020-year 2021 = 101,60)

etc.

I am using excel 2016.

You need to create a calculated item (not calculated field) using the formula ='2020' -'2021'. First turn off the grand totals, then select either J4 or K4 and on the PivotTable Tools - Analyze tab, click the Fields, Items and Sets dropdown, then Calculated Item. Choose a name (eg Diff) then use the formula I gave.
