Set first value for running total as zero

    Hi everyone,

is it possible to set the first value as zero when selecting the running total option for pivot tables?

So instead of start at 0.5, can this cell be set at 0? Then the following values will be accumulative calculated from zero onwards when selecting 'running total' option

    Thanks

If the first value is 0.50 the running total at that point is 0.50 by definition, and you can't change that. Also I can't imagine why you would want to. If you want to start at 0 then you should set up the source data to have a 0 data point so the first row is 0.

We could give you a better answer if you showed us more than just a picture of a tiny bit of what I assume is your pivot table. What does the source data look like?
