how to plot group memberships into scatter plots in excel?

Good Evening
I have 10 individuals with their two groups memberships in a table like below. Now i would to plot them into clusters by using their group membership values.

for example I want to make two clusters having Group membership value is greater than 0.8 example individual 1 belongs or cluster with 1st cluster (because value is >0.8) like this i would like to repeat with all the individuals to have final two clusters. Please find my example excel file for better understand. i tried with normal cluster graph in excel but not getting as expected. are there any ways to get expected cluster plot in excel? any help in this regard will be highly appreciated

I don't see any explanation for how the values of Q1 (and Q2 such that Q1+Q2=1) lead to any kind of "clustering" like you show in your picture. We are usually pretty good at helping program known calculation schemes into a spreadsheet, but we usually lack the expertise needed to develop those calculation schemes from scratch. Can you help us understand how the values of Q1 lead to "clustered" x,y pairs of values like you show?
