Copying Pivot to another file/sheet with only data and format as a normal table

Hello Everybody,

I want to copy pivot table to another excel file with only data and format as a normal table (not pivot)

I applied the method described below link

This method works mostly fine but sometimes does not work correctly.

Even I do the same steps; It copies the same table sometimes with format and sometimes without format.

If it does not copy the format I reduce the number of rows (for example first 10 rows) it copies the format correctly if I select the entire table it does not copy the format.

How can I establish stable copy process for copying only data and format as a normal table (not pivot)
