Why isnt my pivot table refreshing with a new row when I add a new row to the source area?

I added a line for Suzy in the source area on the "Reinspections" tab, but the pivot table on the "Rep Level" tab did not update with her info when I used the refresh option in the Data tab.

That is because in the filter Suzy is not selected.

Thanks. I guess when I selected to hide the blanks it caused that need.
