Two numbers one is percent of other - how to graph

Hi - I have a table that has 3 columns that represent a goal to be reached and the actual reached.:

1st column: actual reached
2nd column: Goal were looking for
3rd column: Percent of actual to goal.

There are only 3 total records.
I need to types of graphs:

1) Bar graph: 3 bars, one for each record. would like to be a thermometer type of graph where the entire bar is 100% of the goal (2nd column), the "Mercury" to represent the 1st column of actual reached, and the the percent (3rd column) sitting above each bar.

2) Pie chart: only shows 1 of these records (the 3rd). The entire pie is the goal, the pie shows the 1st column of actual and the percent reached, vs percent we fell short.
