Chart with groups shown as line and not bar

I dont have an example I can load at the moment need to desensitise the info

but
I have a graph as follows

X-Axis -

SubjectA
SubjectB
SubjectC
SubjectD

Then on the Y Axis 0-100%

I have then created a column graph for each 6 month as the series

SO you have a Column for April say
on the X-axis for SubjectA & B & C & D

works well - but I would like a line chart for just each section of the X-Axis

so for subjectA - a line instead of the six columns
same for subject B etc

any ideas ?

created an example so instead of the 4 sets of Bar charts - I would like the Bars replaced with a line for those 4 sections - so i can see trend , without creating 4 separate charts

You need to change your data layout.

I had a play around and actually the graph looks awful as a line - not quite how i visualised - but thanks for the info
