Finding average value for the positive and negative set of numbers

Hello Friends

Please find the attached MS Excel 2010 file <average set.xlsx>.

There is set of positive set & negative set of values available in the Column A. The values are plotted against Column A in Column B. Light green are positive sets and light yellow are negative sets.

Now I want to calculate the average for the positive set & negative set of values as shown in light majenta in the cells F4:F9. Also all majenta cells to be plotted by formula.

The Column H and Column I also same as like above , but here negative set of numbers starts first.

The Column A contains the set of positive and negative numbers, now in column B corresponding values are plotted. Now the average value to be plotted by using values in column B for positive set of values in Column A

1st positive set A1:A6, Average of B1:B6 to be plotted in F4
1st neagative set A7:A12, Average of B7:B12 to be plotted in F5
2nd positive set A13:A19, Average of B13:B19 to be plotted in F6
2nd neagative set A20:A26, Average of B20:B26 to be plotted in F7
3rd positive set A27:A35, Average of B27:B35 to be plotted in F8
3rd neagative set A36:A44, Average of B36:B44 to be plotted in F9

In Column A & B the positive set is coming first, In the right side of Column G an example is given where negative set is starting first.
