Dynamic Hyperlink

I am creating a table of content (in excel 2007, sorry I don't have 2010 or 2013)that includes links to outside files (PDF, Woprd, Excel, Database etc.) saved on our network drive. As many people use network drive (shared drive) and sometimes people do move the files or even folders, this creates a broken link situation. Is there any non VBA solution for this problem, so that I will have links that will be dynamic in nature, so even someone moves the file or folder I can still click TOC and able to open the correct file.
