Assistance required copying values instead of cell contents in my macro

I have a small macro that evaluates a cell and then copies the adjacent cell if it evaluates to zero. The macro works fine however in some cases there isnt' an actual value in the adjacent cell it's another formula .. so when the copy occurs the formula is copied over and the cell references move just as I would expect them to but this makes the data on the sheet incorrect. I need a way to isolate the value only in the adjacent cell and copy that instead of the cell contents. Any help would be appreciated.
