Lookup based off of 4 criteria, part 2

I posted this thread earlier, http://www.excelforum.com/excel-form...-criteria.html and want to expand on it.

This time there are still 4 dropdown options, but then a 5 which is based on the previous 4. So the year, month, week and day is selected and then in A7 you can select either the friend, food or activity to see the appropriate data point that matches the previous 4 selections. How would you make a formula to return the appropriate result?
