Help wiht INDEX function

Hi,

I have workbook which has three sheet.

sheet3 is getting updated beginning of the week with the data
sheet2 is getting populated by end of same week with the data

In sheet1 I am trying to compare the sheet3 and sheet2 for getting unique value.

In sheet1, with index & small function together I am able to get unique value from sheet3 (column B) but I am having problem with sheet2 data (column c) where I am not getting unique value

Thanks Benishiryo for help but given solution is not working. Still I am not getting unique value from sheet2. I need a formula which will give me unique value of project for each resources with date matching

Wiht your solution i am getting unique value for the project but what i am looking for is unique value of project from sheet2 and sheet3 per resources.

Let me describe my requirment

In sheet3, ressource1 has plan for Proj1 and proj2 and in sheet2 he work on Proj1, proj2 and proj9 (which is getting correctly populated wiht your formula)
But it is not getting worked for resources2 and so on.

I am looking for the information they way it is getting populated for resources1 for all other resources
