Question Formula that shows value between multiple number range.

I am a novice excel 2013 user and need some more learned assistance in defining a formula that is simple in what I want the output to show, but not having luck creating the formula to produce the expected results.

I have a column that lists quantity of databases. B2:B15
    Cell B:17 is for 0-10
    Cell B:18 is for 11-20
    Cell B:19 is for 21-50
I am trying to create formula to auto populate a cell if between a number range but place a 0 in the none compliant cell.

In my head it is if the column total is equal to or greater than 11 but less than 20, show the sum of the column (say 15). If the column total is less than11 or equal to or greater than 20, I want to have a 0 result.

    My Example:

    B:17 - 0
    B:18 - 15
    B:19 - 0

    DB Pricing.xlsx
If there is another way to present this data, happy to be enlightened.

    Re: Sounds simple but.....

Your post title should accurately and concisely describe your problem, not your anticipated solution.

Use terms appropriate to a Google search. Poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice will be addressed according to the OP's experience in the forum: If you have less than 10 posts, expect (and respond to) a request to change your thread title. If you have 10 or more posts, expect your post to be locked, so you can start a new thread with an appropriate title.

To change a Title go to your first post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.

After you have edited your title,

Attaching a sample workbook enables others to work on your problem:

To attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include BEFORE/AFTER sheets if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
