If greater than '0' enter value from a table on a different worksheet (tab)

I have a simple costing spreadsheet that I want to display a cost in a column if another column is greater than 0.

Here is a small section of the spreadsheet I want to calculate

The values that are in a seperate table on a different tab are in column E4 - E18

How is the best way to do this?

    Thanks in advance

if QTY is greater than 0 then fill one of the empty boxes on the right with the relevant value if QTY = 0 all boxes will be zero
