Formula to fill empty cells in a row where A1 has a value.

I'm trying to use a conditional formatting formula to fill a range of cells in a row where the adjacent A1 cell has text or is not blank. However, I also want to not fill each cell in the said range of cells if there is text in them. I'm not sure where to start or if this is even possible in a single rule. Any assistance is appreciated.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.
