Title to be added automatically once managers name added.

Hi Guys!

Can someone help me to create a formula to add the managers title automatically once his name has been chosen from the drop down menu?

Attached is an example workbook where on the first sheet is the drop down menu with the names from sheet2. On sheet2 you can find also the titles and i would like the title to appear on the first sheet under the managers name.
