    Track Employee Attendance

    Hi Everyone,

    There is a post in this forum regarding the rolling attendance for employees by point system http://www.excelforum.com/excel-form...-calendar.html, I have almost the same situation but with little twist. Our company track employees attendance by point system, if an employee left early or tardy get 1/2 point and if absent got 1 point. but if they have perfect attendance during 90 days 1 point reduce from their total point. I used the following formula, its work perfectly but its making total point to zero, will someone help me to solve this issue. any help will be greatly appreciated.

    =SUM((COUNTIFS(G15:EN15,"Tar",$G$14:$EN$14,">"&$B$8)/2),(COUNTIFS(G15:EN15,"=Abs",$G$14:$EN$14,">"&$B$8)),(COUNTIFS(G15:EN15,"=LE",$G$14:$EN$14,">"&$B$8)/2))

    Hi Maabbas,

    Sorry for late.

    Do you meant, if there is no LE/ABS/TAR in last 90 days, then the employee should get 1 point minus from total point?

    Your formula works perfectly fine I have just added IF condition see if it works and solve your purpose..

    I came alone with one more situation, if an employee has any violation for example an employee absent on 01/01/2015. he will get credit on 04/01/2015 but before he get credit he absent again on 03/14/2015 so instead of giving him credit he will receive 1 point so total point will be 2, basically the 90 days count start the day when employee has violation, in this situation 3/14/2015. he will get one credit after 06/12/2015 if he do not have any violation. make any sense?
