Use Conditional Formatting to Highlight Date Due if Text in Another Cell

Sorry for the long winded title!

I am trying to highlight a date only if column C has "contact requested" in it, and the date in column I is over 14 days old (i.e. we have sent a letter to the client on the date in column I, so if we have received no response within 14 days, I want the date column to be highlighted with a colour). I have tried using the following using a formula to decide which cells to format:
=If(C2="contact requested",I2>14), but this doesn't seem to work. I have attached a sample of the spread sheet for you all. Sure there is a simple answer!
