Finding data on a horizontal axis from data in a vertical axis.

Hi,

See attached file.

I am trying to look up data in a separate worksheet on a horizontal axis where the answer is one or more cells below the look up data.

So for the example supplied in the attached file I am trying to look at data (date - 16-02-00) in Sheet 2 and see if there is a corresponding date in Sheet 1 (16-02-00) and report back the value recorded in Cell B3. which is -307.

Can you help?

I have tried Index/Match but been unable to pick up the value -307 which is in a lower row to the date value.
