Calculate 1-year expiration date to the end of month of a date

I have a training spreadsheet which lists the date a class was taken. I need a formula that will return the expiration date as 1-year later, but at the end of the month the class was taken, not 1-year from exact date taken.

Example:

Class taken 1-18-16, expires 1-31-17, not 1-18-17
