Date and data lookup to total within a date range

I'm not good with excel and I'm not good at maths...
    Can someone help me?

The data in cells A8 to A2000 is the date
Data in cells B8 to A2000 is the quantity of product received on those dates.

The date range I want to look up (and be able to change to look up different ranges) is located in cells G5 (from) and H5 (to)

What sum do I need to type into cell I5 to make it look up the cells that are within that range (inclusive of the range dates) and add them up?
There will be a lot of cells with no data in them within the ranges.
