Hi, Thank you so much for this. But i got 2 more complication in it. I need the names and the corresponding revenue in sheet 2 according to the region and a specific category of revenue. So whatever region is mentioned in cell b1 of sheet 2 and whatever category is mentioned on the top, the names with revenue greater than 0 should appear along with corresponding revenues. Attached is the updated excel for the reference.

Please help!!!!

Simply change the value of B1 (region) and watch the list update itself.
