filter the date with filter automatic

Hello to all.
Until Excel 2003 can filter out the dates with the option:

greater than or equal / less than or equal in the custom filter.

In Excel 2007 I do not see these two options.
I have to filter for example all the 2012 dates in a range with many more years.
A help?

is greater than o equal to
is less than o equal to

In Italian is

è maggiore o uguale a
è inferiore o uguale a

Not number but dates (years)

number is format cell = number or text
date (years) is format cells = date (gg-mm-aaaa) (dd-mm-yyyy)

I made a big mess with the choices in custom filter.
I was used with Excel 2003 and Excel 2007 is very different.
I found the exact choice of Excel 2007:
In inglish is :

It is after or equal to
It is before or equal to
