List of materials to be displayed on seperate rows

Hi all,

It has been a while since I have posted, but today I need serious help.

I have a breakdown of material which is split between parent code and child code. I have drawn up a schedule that if you enter the parent code it needs to pull through the child code in the next column. This will repeat for about 5 consecutive columns. (so each time the child will change to parent and the new child will be pulled through on the next column.)

Now the problem is not caling up the code from the list. The problem I have is to show each code on a seperate row in the file. I have used numerous IF statements, but it seems I cannot find the sweet spot. Each row must only reflect 1 code but can be in a different column.

I have attached an example of the file. I hope someone can shed some light on this.
