Data validation-> pick from list value (drop down menu)

Hi All,
I did a excel file format with a drop down menu for many cells. it works very nice at my computure.
The problem starts when I send it to other computer that tries to open it and once it is opened - i see the whole file except the drop down menu that i added.
I must mention that the list of the drop down menu appear at the same file on a different sheet.

I tried to save the file as 97-2003 and didn't manage to solve it- i thought it would help.
BTW- i use office 2013.

Maybe someone have a solution for it?

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Could you attach xlsx file not Ex2003 format?

Is there a limitation for number of DV?
i did many but i don't think that this is the reason it is not opened with all drop down menu list.
i didn't receive the DV file that you wanted to share ? BTW- what should I do with it?

I don't think there is any limitaion (except memory).
I checked your xls but I didn't share any file for you only show on picture what you can do as first aid.
What you should do with it? Create completely new workbook with project probably.
This is a bug of Excel from the years.
Of course you will do what you want
