Use only the last 20 results in a running total

    Question Use only the last 20 results in a running total

    Tried this a few different ways and I can't quite get it to work:
    We have a survey that customers can take online and are scored based on a rolling 20 responses. I want to keep track of results as they update, but only use data from the last 20 surveys, then know how one specific response stacks against the lot - Let me give an example of what I'm trying to do:
    A B C D E F
    Date Apples Oranges Pears Peaches Kiwi
    2/1 1 1
    2/3 1
    2/4 1
    2/7 1
    2/8 1
    and so on

    I need the total results from the last 20 responses only, then I need to know the percentage of apples in those last 20
    Please Help!

    Attach a sample workbook (not image).

    Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate.

    Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

    Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

    Attached a sample workbook as requested - There are results from more than 20 surveys included, but I'm looking to get the TOTAL SURVEYS result to be 20 and the YOUR SCORE result to be the percentage of apple responses out of those most recent 20 surveys(in this case, should be 75%)

    What constitutes the % in your sample file 14 rows have apples, the total of these is 17. the total entries is 23 summing to 27 across all fruit. What makes 75%?

    Of the most recent 20 responses, 15 of them were apples (75%) - That's what I'm trying to have happen automatically - only look at the most recent 20 responses and calculate how many were apples
