Rounding near to 1000

I have a sheet of figures e.g. 835,765. The formula I need that should see the figure after the "," if it is greater than 499 then the figure before the "," should be "figure+1" and after the "," it should change to "000" and

if the figure after the "," is less than 500 then it should keep the figure before "," as it is and after the "," it should be "000".

For Example:

If 835,765............ it should be 836,000 and
If 835,365............ it should be 835,000
