Change the color of a colored cell if a date has passed

    Hi,
I'm trying to find a function that does this:

If the date+3 days from it has passed, so the yellow blank cells become red. It is more complex than anything I ever did, and I cant find anything related to it.

    Any advice?

You need conditional formatting to do this. A sample would help better understand what you want to accomplish, maybe including a before and after example. Screenshots arent much help. You mention dates but your screenshot doesnt have any.

You could do a conditional format based on a formula, but that depends on your conditions.

You say: "If the date+3 days from it has passed..."

    3 days from what?
Ways to get help: Post clear questions, explain your overall goal, supply as much background as possible, respond to questions asked of you by those trying to help and post sample(s) files.

Hi, 1.2 means Febuary 1st, 2018, this is the format i'm showing. This is a table of work hours. Every colomn is a worker, every row is a shift. after the shift, the worker sends me an email with the time he worked today. yellow cells are workers that are doing this shift. I need that 3 days after the shift (Febuary 4th in this example), if the cell is still empty - the worker still hasn't responded with his work hours, the cell would turn red.

I hope this would help you understand my problem.
