% Salary Increase Formula

    Red face % Salary Increase Formula

    Hi All,

    I have attached a spreadsheet I created. I'm looking for the formula to generate the % increase of the current salary and have the increase amount put in to cell H9. Now if it could take that increased amount and subtract from the beginning balance that would be even better.
