Formula to calculate hours worked with 24+ hour shift between 2 different days

I am having trouble trying to get any formula to work for calculating hours worked for one crew the works 24 hour shifts. They come in around 7:00 am and work until 7:00 am on the next date. Ex: 3/25 is the date format on the timeclock to 3/26 for one 24 hour shift. They sometimes work OT if there is a fire going on during shift change or may come in early. There are 3 shifts that do this 24 hour shift schedule and they work every 3rd day, as well as fill in for vactation and sick times. The timecard goes for a 2 week time period, ex. 3/25 - 4/7 for current pay period. I have attached file to show the timecard format. Any help would be appreciated.

The formula I am trying to use is =((End_Date+End_Time)-(Start_Date+Start_Time))*24

But this doesn't tell me OT past the 24 hour shift.
