Question vlookup() with sumifs() to summarize between two numbers?

Attempting to summarize car expenses occurring between two mileages, varying by manufacturer. Expenses are in a separate range, and individual cars are in a table.

I think this requires combination of vlookup() and sumifs(), but am not sure how to combine the two functions. Also, the mileages need to be rounded and divided before making the match.

Here is my goal. Spreadsheet is attached.

    Any takers?

    Thanks!

    Several questions"

Why did you decide to sum D4:G4 into cell F9, B4:C4 into Cell F10 and B4 only into cell F11? What is the rule for determining what range of cells go into the sum?

Also what do you mean by "Rounding?"

    9000 / 100 = 90. How does this "Round to" 10? Why are you showing 100?
    7000 / 50 = 140. How does this "Round to" 5? Why are you showing 50?
One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.

Thanks for responding. I think I made the example more complex than necessary....sorry about that.

    Here's a simplified example:

I would like to cell D9 sum every cell in the "source" range which matches "Ford" and is >= 10,000 and <= 30,000.
