Unique Row Values with Offsetting Values

Hi!

I am working on a schedule and need some help. I've attached a picture.

As you can see, there are some reversals (ex. -5.57 and 5.57 for date 2/1 offset one another and is rebooked on 9/1). I need a formula that eliminates rows that have both the same date and value as any other row. I am having trouble making the typical duplicate removal methods work because I need both rows to be deleted that are offset (one negative, one positive). For example using the picture attached, I would only want the 9/1 5.57 to remain.

Wouldn't know how to perform with formula but can offer a VBA solution if you're happy with that?
