Good day! I wanted to make my life easier on monitoring the people in each fleet of the company. So in the vessel column, I would choose the vessel name and I wanted to have an automatic input in the Fleet the column. Each ships name and the current fleet it's in is listed in sheet 4. Try this in K4 and copy down;
=IFNA(INDEX(QWE,MATCH(Sheet1!J4,ASD,0)),"")

In K5 I also removed the .xlfn_ that was written before IFNA

Good day! Ive put some filter on my excel but there's something wrong when i use "sort" on the fleet column.
The data become scrambled just like in the photos shown. Is there anyway to correct this one?

May not be the most palatable solution, however:
Select cell K4 and simultaneously press the Ctrl, Shift and down arrow keys (this should select K4:K278),
Press the Ctrl + c keys to copy the range,
Press the Ctrl + Alt + v keys to open the paste special dialog box
Select values and select OK
You may now sort based on the values in the 'Fleet' column.
Note that the formula has been replaced with values and would have to be reapplied to K4 and copied down if you wish to use it again.
