Pls help with a sumifs index match formula

Please can you guide me as I'm not sure what I do wrong with this formula
=SUMIFS(INDEX('2018 volume'!$A$1:$N$70,0,MATCH($E$1,'2018 volume'!$C$1:$N$1,0)+COLUMNS($C:$C)-1),'2018 volume'!$A$1:$A$70,$A3)

I suppose that COLUMNS($C:$C) is not right.

Try COLUMNS($C:C)
