    SUMIFS proper format for multiple criteria

    I've attached a workbook which gives an example of some data I need to sum according to the timestamp of the hour.

    Since Excel's time format divides a 24 hour day into fractions I've included a column (AC) showing the hours of the day in 24 hour increments (as fractions).

    The incorrect formulation of the SUMIFS formula (below) is returning a VALUE error. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

    =SUMIFS(N$36:N$145,AC36:AC37,">"&AC36,AC36:AC37,"<="&AC37)
    I want to sum the numbers in column N which fall between the timestamp of 0 and .01467 (which should correspond to the hours of 0:00 and 1:00).
    Thanks !
