Look up and Retunn 2 lots of data in the same cell

    hello all

    Please see attached
Scrap Tab – K6 = i need a formula to look up Part number in A and return the pallet from the VMS tab
Currently using VLOOKUP however this finds 1 lot of data, sometimes there can be 2 or 3 lots different pallet numbers as highlighted in yellowon the VMS tab

Expected results highlighted in yellow in K6 – So the formula will advise me what pallet numbers the part numbers appear on

I get what you are trying to do, but how many items could be concatenated here? Is there an upper limit?

Must this concatenation be displayed with the ampersand, or will a comma suffice?

    Hi Paul

I have a solution, it's not very pretty, Ali may have something a little less agricultural but it works.
It relies on the vms tab being sorted by the part number. I've added columns from N across in the vms sheet. If this s not possible you may need to create another sheet that refers to the vms sheet.

Let me know if you need any explanation of how it works.
