COUNTIFS formula in excel

In addition to changing your thread title, excel 2003 does not support the COUNTIFS function that you have asked for, please update your profile to show the version of excel that you are now using.

Looking at the OP's posting history, I think that this might not be their first cross post, just the first time getting caught.

Each of those 3 posts is starting a new thread, no subsequent replies to acknowledge any help or advice provided. While not definitive, it is a trait that I've noticed previously with serial cross posters.
