FIND Date Month Year with conditions

Hi,
I have a specific text in cell "A1" as "ABCDEWXYZ19N0411500AB
in above text
(Letter thirteen,fourteen indicate date = 04)
(Letter twelve indicate month = Nov)
(Letter ten,eleven indicate year = 19)

I want to find : if first letter must be "A" and twelve letter must be "N" then
in cell "B1" reply date as "04-Nov-19" otherwise BLANK

since I did some work on it I will post my interpretation... =IF(AND(LEFT(B1,1)="A",MID(B1,12,1)="N"),MID(B1,13,2)&"-"&"Nov-"&MID(B1,10,2),"")

I'm assuming you have something very specific in mind since you couldn't use a similar formula for January or June or July as all would be J (same with March and May etc.).

Not to mention April & August

That is why I put in etc. LOL.
