    cell connection

I have a spreadsheet, Member, Columns 1,2 and 7 are formulas, the 3-6 columns have a relative reference to another sheet, Database. the last two columns are hard inputs. when I add a row in Database, the formulas and linked cells in Member of course will change accordingly. the issue I have is the "hard inputs" are now no longer connected to the correct names. Any way to tag or connect these hard input cells to the referenced cell?

    Re: cell connection

Why not add the manualy input in column O of the database.

Then you can pull those values out of the database.
Notice my main language is not English.

I see what you are suggesting and that might just be the easiest thing! But If I can, I dont want to add anything to the database sheet -- it's my master. The member sheet is updated on a regular basis as people attend meetings or sign up for various activities. It may not be possible to do what I'm wanting but I thought I'd ask! thanks for your reply
