half a cent showing as 3 decimal places.

I have currency set to 2 decimal places, and i`d like it that way, that is, until I need to display 0.005 half a cent.
yea, I actually want that for something else.
How do I get it to display that automatically when required, without the other cells defaulting to 3 decimal places? I want the 2 decimal places, until the number gets to less than 1 cent, then I need half a cent showing in that cell, like 0.008 or 0.005, 0.003....

anyway for that to jump to the 3 decimal place without the other 2 decimal places being changed?

Phuocam looks good, is there anyway to set logic rule to this that states keep as 2 decimal places, unless return value is less than 1 cent? like 0.009
