    Nested IFAND Formula?

    I have attached an example sheet.
    I am trying to create a nested IF(AND formula and not sure what I am missing. In the attachment I explain what I am trying to accomplish.
    If there a maximum number of "nesting" allowed in a formula?

    Any help would be appreciated...
