Formula to fill cells based on a drop down list

    Hello all,

My apologies if this is a duplicate post. I am in need of some advice. I am looking for a way to fill cells based on a value from a drop-down list. For example, I have a drop-down list in column D6, when I select a value from that list. I would like it to populate cells E6 through H6. One of my values in my list is Shift 1. When I select it, I want it to populate the time in, lunch and time out. I made it work using the vlookup formula. However, I was hoping there was an easier way to do this.

    Thanks

I think you're going to need to share a lot more information. At least, the formula you want to replace. But, way better, upload a sample workbook.
