Excel SUMIF function does not return the sum of cells that meet a single condition

Remove the quotes from around "2" in your sumproduct.

Any ideas with the SUMIF?

You cant use the sumif for that data, as it will only sum the data in col D where col B=2
Also because the ranges are not the same size it's volatile.
