    Simple COUNTIFS returns #VALUE!

    Sample file attached.

    Have a list of delays
    List includes delay reasons (i.e. codes)
    List includes minutes of delay

    I want to use a formula to count delay reasons with time brackets

    My COUNTIFS formula is not working.

    Your ranges are not matching. See if this does what you expect:

    =+COUNTIFS(H23:H136,"ft",P23:P136,">4",P23:P136,"<16")
