Formula meaning help

Hello everyone,

I am no expert in excel and have a spreadsheet that need to understand what exactly the formula does

Can some one explain in plain English what it is/does?

=IFERROR(IF((Q64-AVERAGE(Q58:Q63))/AVERAGE(Q58:Q63)=-100%,"",(Q64-AVERAGE(Q58:Q63))/AVERAGE(Q58:Q63)),"")

I am looking for something like this:

If the value in Q64 minus the avg of Q58:Q63 divided by.......

If the value in Q64 minus the avg of Q58:Q63 divided by the avg of Q58:Q63 equals -100%, return blank ...

... else Q64 minus the avg of Q58:Q63 divided by the avg of Q58:Q63.

Basically it's checking that the formula result is only returned if it's not equal to -100%.
