data rearrange help needed

Hello all,

I need to rearrange some data, like students have multiple subjects (max 4 subjects but some may have less subjects) and marks accordingly in rows. I want the data in column format. I add the excel file for your suggestion.

If the following presentation is acceptable to you, then this can be accomplished with a pivot table.

manibd are the Student IDs in source data always in ascending sort order?
