If function with AND imbedded

Here is the worksheet

I know how to use the IF function, but I need to include an AND ....conditions.
In this worksheet:
if a>b then it returns DOWN
if a<b then it returns UP
if a=b then it returs NEUTRAL

but I need to add another condition:
if a+b=6 then it shoud return MAX Score

However, nowhere do you show where your problem is, nor what you are trying to do. You have a number of sheets in that find, you should not expect members to hunt through your file to try and guess what you need.

Explain - in detail what you are trying to do, where you are trying to do it, where you expect your output and what you expect that output to look like.
