Sort and Filter Multiple Columns of Data Vertically

I have a spreadsheet with two tabs I am trying to get organized. I have the list of all systems on sheet 1 in Column A with other data for the systems in Column B-E. I added Row F for sorting. In Column H I relisted the systems from A based on F for sorting as I want the systems in order for Day of week then by system name. I was able to get the sorting done but I cannot figure out how to omit any of the systems in the sorting which do not have a day listed in B. I also am noticing for system 30 if a trainer is not listed it becomes a zero in column M. Then the trainer is not listed for System 31 in M either. System 31 trainer appears after I enter data in E for system 30.

The second item is I am wanting to take the sorted list and on Sheet two turn it so its in column form. The issue I am having is I want the Day, Date, and Trainer to populate based on system looking back to sheet 1 for the data but for some reason I cannot get this to work or if I do its pulling the wrong data. I have tried using a Vlookup formula and checking if the system cell is blank to then stay blank.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Also please let me know if there are any questions. I have uploaded a sample doc to review.
